Apply Now for a Loan 1995 saw many changes in Washington DC Metropolitan area, not the least of which was Joe DiSalvo moving into the area from Fredonia, NY (near Buffalo) in July of that year. After an exhaustive job search Joe accepted a position as a loan officer with CMIC in early 1996 and the rest as they say, is history. Joe has ascended the ranks at CMIC to the position of Vice President overseeing the daily operation of CMIC, its infrastructure and its staff, directing marketing campaigns and insuring that each customer CMIC services gets the best we have to offer.
