CMIC can create a commercial loan that suits your needs yet is still competitive to those commercial lenders and banks offering their own loans in the market place. Because we are the lender on this paper and these loans are held in portfolio we can make exceptions that the larger institutional lenders cannot.
Our commercial paper must be real estate secure. We primarily look for a strong equity position in those loans but can make exceptions to that rule for loans as we see fit.
