HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR LOAN CONSULTATION

Here is a list of the basic documents we will need to help you prepare for your loan journey. Sometimes we need more, sometimes we need less but we’ve covered the essentials here.

Fully ratified sales contract for home purchase (please make sure all pages are included)
Most recent pay stubs covering a 30-day period
Most recent W-2s covering a 2-year period, if salaried
Most recent Federal Tax Returns covering a 2-year period, if self-employed
Most recent bank statements (checking/savings) covering a 60-day period
Most recent retirement accounts covering a 60-day period or most recent quarter
Your human resources or managers’ contact information for employment verification
