Jim Offutt

Jim has lived, gone to school, and worked in the DC area his whole life. He believes it’s the best place to live and invest in a home. After majoring in finance and economics, he started in mortgage banking in 1988 with Chevy Chase Savings. He was trained and has experience in all sectors of the mortgage business. In the late 90s, Jim wanted to try a new challenge. He returned to school, eventually becoming an exercise physiologist, which he practices part-time while working full-time for Continental. Jim has a passion for working with numbers to help borrowers with solutions. His loan clients and co-workers recognize Jim’s logical mind with a healthcare professional’s special touch.
