Jim Offutt

As a life-long resident of Northern Virginia, Jim believes there is no better place to live and own a home. Jim has recently joined the Continental team, and strives to make everything he does for clients easy and stress-free for everyone involved in the loan process.

Graduating with a finance degree, Jim was hired as a mortgage management trainee in 1988 by Chevy Chase Savings, the largest mortgage loan bank at the time in the area.  He was trained and worked in all sectors of the mortgage business from processing, appraising, underwriting, closing and servicing. In the late 90’s, Jim sought out another challenge, using his sports background and began working in sports medicine and fitness, effectively combining his fitness and finance careers. Jim chose to work with Continental because of their willingness to go the extra mile for the client.
